My story
After years of practicing yoga and undergoing physiotherapy for back issues, I developed a deep passion for the Pilates method. This discipline became not only a solution to my chronic pain but a path to strengthening and healing my body. Inspired by its restorative nature, I chose to pursue professional retraining to dedicate myself fully to Pilates, a practice I truly love.
For me, Pilates is more than just exercise – it’s about protecting the body, especially the back, and overcoming pain that becomes part of daily life. It’s a holistic discipline that combines body and mind, emphasizing the importance of listening to your body, understanding the movements, and committing to regular practice. Over time, these small steps lead to profound benefits for both your physical and mental well-being.
With a background in international relations within multinational organisations, I eventually moved with my family to Eastern Europe. There, I had the opportunity to explore yoga and Pilates with teachers from diverse backgrounds. This experience inspired me to pursue Pilates Matwork instructor training, enabling me to share the discipline with others.
Today, I offer online individual and small group Pilates classes throughout the week and I participate in well-being retreats both in France and abroad. I continue to enhance my skills through ongoing Pilates training to expand my expertise.
I also offer individual coaching for a more holistic approach, providing personalised support to the women I teach. This added guidance can be a powerful complement in achieving their unique goals.
I have also completed specialized training in deep breathing techniques, which I seamlessly incorporate into my Pilates sessions for a more well-rounded and effective practice. Recently, I completed an incredible course on the Menopause Transition for 3rd Age Women, delivered by Burrell Education, further enhancing my expertise in women’s wellness. I’m deeply committed to expanding my knowledge to better support women on their health journeys. Excitingly, my first book, co-written with my dear friend Nathalie Tsarakova, titled "Easy Healthy Tips for Busy People" will soon be available on Amazon. Stay tuned!
I work with women of all fitness levels, customising each session to align with their unique goals. As a bilingual instructor fluent in both English and French, I’m able to teach seamlessly in either language.
